Ingredients:
3 cups rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded
1 large can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1 block (8 oz) of cream cheese
1 block (16 oz) of Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can of mild Rotel tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz), undrained
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons)
3 green onions, chopped
8 ounces of pasta
Instructions:
1. In a crock pot, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup, cream cheese, cubed Velveeta cheese, undrained Rotel tomatoes, chicken broth, and half stick of butter.
2. Cook on high heat for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is well combined and creamy.
3. Enquanto a mistura cremosa cozinha, prepare o macarrão de acordo com as instruções da embalagem. Escorra o macarrão cozido e reserve.
4. Assim que a mistura da panela de barro estiver pronta, adicione a cebolinha picada e mexa para incorporar.
5. Ajuste o tempero ao seu gosto.
